Aged for 9 months in French and American oak barrels. A rich blending of Tempranillo, Cabernet, Sauvignon and Syrah, bright, brilliant, very fruity, with a rich texture and a subtle vanilla and roast end.
Our Syrah shows umami in spades: a velvety structure with fine tannins, black pepper, and olive purée. We add a bit of Mourvèdre and Viognier to bring out the grape’s floral aromas & earthy notes.

A floral fan floods the palate. Electric at first, a nip of macho chilli on the tip of the tongue, which then rhythmically softens its imprudence all the while building up notes of velvety caramel. A burnt plain fading into the sunset.
Lemon-green in colour with a clean nose displaying aromas of green apple, Cape gooseberry, lemon rind and fresh thyme. The palate is light-bodied with a pronounced flavour intensity of fresh Granny Smith and lemongrass, underpinned by a lengthy finish.
