Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are only available for orders that have not been shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot process a refund.

Shipping Insurance: Customers have the option to add shipping insurance during the checkout process to protect against loss or damages during transit. If shipping insurance is not purchased, South African Wine USA shall not be held responsible for any loss or damages that may occur after the product leaves our facility.
Delivery Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is present at the specified delivery address to receive the order. If the recipient is not available to receive the order, and it subsequently results in additional fees (e.g., re-delivery charges), the customer will be responsible for covering these costs.
How to Request a Refund:

- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
