Dornier Pinotage
Dornier PinotageThis wine is made from a bushvine vineyard planted in the Swartland about 50 kilometres north of Dornier. In this area the soil consists of a combination of sand and coffee stone. The vineyards are not irrigated and the vines bear small bunches with small berries and wonderfully concentrated flavours.
Dornier Pinotage has a deep garnet red appearance. The aroma is intense and persistent with notes of cherry and red berries with a subtle Turkish delight or rosewater backdrop. The palate has great concentration with distinct notes of plum, bitter cherry, strawberry jam and black pepper supported by restrained spicy oak flavours on the finish.

Fleur du Cap ChardonnayThis medium bodied Chardonnay is brilliantly clear with light straw yellow hue and green tints. Fresh citrus notes are prominent on the nose and it opens up into tropical fruit aromas and just a hint of oak spice. This is a fruit driven wine with a lovely balance between acidity and fruit. The wood adds to the fullness but without dominating the wine. A beautiful balance between sweetness and acidity is complemented by a long lingering finish.

Fleur du Cap Chenin BlancThe wine is brilliantly clear with specs of green. The nose is fresh with aromas of tropical fruit opening up into lime notes with a touch of oak spice. The initial tropical aromas follow through on the pallet with hints of citrus complimented with a dash of butterscotch from the time spent on wood. It has a lingering, crisp finish.
