The Groenlandberg Pinot Noir is sourced from a selection of south-facing vineyards situated between 430m and 470m above sea level. There is minimal intervention in the cellar. The Craft
The essential ingredients in Indlovu gin are derived from elephant dung that is washed and dried. The extracted botanicals are then infused into the gin, which provides unique African flavors.
Beautiful dark berry flavours are complimented by caramel, butterscotch and nuttiness. The wine is well balanced, fresh and fruitful with a lingering finish.
