Pinotage, the uniquely South African grape, it is a cross between Cinsault and Pinot noir. NAT is our take on Pinotage, naturally fermented lighter and fresher in styled, expressing authenticity. A style more reminiscent of its paternal lines. As Manet is to the art world, NAT is to Pinotage. Dry land bush-vines and aged for 8 months in concrete egg and foudre.

A uniquely South African grape variety. A complex nose of red cherry and plum notes is followed by spice on the palate with soft tannins and an elegant finish.
This wine has a deep red colour with crimson edges. On the nose it shows ripe fruit such as plums and a hint of black currant, finishing in oak spice. Full Bodied on the palate with ripe plum and other berries standing out. The Pinotage is very well balanced with a lingering aftertaste.
Oak matured with vibrant plum and ripe berry fruit on the palate. The wine has an intense aroma of roasted coffee beans followed by a smoky mocha-java aftertaste.
This rich and flavourful Pinotage shows upfront fruit sweetness with plum, banana and fruitcake aromas. The sweet and juicy tannins are complemented by hints of chocolate and strawberries. The palate is seductively soft and salacious with a long and gentle finish.
Enjoy this South African wine with fillet, beef or risotto dishes however it can be just as fine when savored by itself.

Medium to light, grainy edge, blue purple. Ripe plum on the nose with light spice backing. Hints of cherry and light
earthiness. Good full mouth with more flavors than the nose suggested. Ripe plum with slight smoky trace. Light,
supple tannins with smooth flow across the plate. Dry finish with ripe berry notes and lasting spice.
The bold fruit and subtle spice aromatics persist on the palate with additional undertones of roasted almonds and trimmed cigar. The palate is broad and rich with soft acidity and abundant, finely textured tannin. This is a luxurious and full flavoured modern wine.
