The Syrah is a full-bodied premium red wine, carefully matured in 225-litre French oak barrels. With a combination of oriental spices, pepper, and fruit flavours, this highly concentrated wine is both complex and rich in its aftertaste.
Lemon-green in colour with a clean nose displaying aromas of green apple, Cape gooseberry, lemon rind and fresh thyme. The palate is light-bodied with a pronounced flavour intensity of fresh Granny Smith and lemongrass, underpinned by a lengthy finish.
The nose shows intense stone fruit and white pear, with hints of zesty citrus and perfume. The palate is rich and dense, with concentrated flavours of pineapple, green melon and honey. The palate is fresh yet full, with a long, intense finish.
This wine is a great example of modern-styled, South African Chenin blanc, which shows true elegance. This wine displays upfront guava, pear and pineapple aromas with hints of honey and green apple on the nose. The palate is vibrant and fresh with a linear acidity and a lingering finish.

Chenin Blanc is one of the oldest & most widely-planted grape varieties in South Africa. We blend this fruitful wine with Viognier to add weight and earthiness. Citrus blossom and stone fruit aromas are followed by creamy peach flavours and a crisp finish.
A powerful blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot. The wine gained elegant Christmas pudding and tobacco notes from 8 months maturation in 100% French Oak staves. Beautiful aromas of Cigar box, dark chocolate, eucalyptus and mint, together with the smoothness of the Merlot ensure a complex full-bodied red.
Lifted floral aromas with hints of lemon cream and white stone fruit. The palate is rich but restrained with focused, pure fruit, minerally mid palate with characteristic rich, fleshy mouthfeel and texture and has a long finish with a citrus tang.
