Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at South African Wine USA. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are only available for orders that have not been shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot process a refund.
• To request a refund, please contact us at info@southafricanwineusa.net with your order number and the reason for your refund request.
• Damaged or defective products may be eligible for a refund or replacement upon inspection. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

Shipping Insurance

Customers have the option to add shipping insurance during the checkout process to protect against loss or damage during transit. If shipping insurance is not purchased, South African Wine USA shall not be held responsible for any loss or damages that may occur after the product leaves our facility.

Delivery Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone is present at the specified delivery address to receive the order. An adult aged 21 or older must be available to sign for the delivery. If the recipient is not available, and it results in additional fees (e.g., re-delivery charges), the customer will be responsible for covering these costs.

How to Request a Refund

1. Contact us at info@southafricanwineusa.net with your order number and the reason for your refund request.
2. If your order is eligible for a refund, we will provide you with further instructions on returning the product.
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

• Orders that have already been shipped
• Gift vouchers and gift cards
• Products damaged due to customer negligence after delivery

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different product, please request a refund for the original order and place a new order.
