Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt of your order only and do not constitute acceptance.
Acceptance of an order occurs only when the order is shipped or otherwise expressly accepted by us.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept approved payment methods displayed at checkout.

Promotions, discount codes, and special offers are subject to additional terms and may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time without notice. Promotions are void where prohibited by law and may not be combined unless expressly stated.
7. Shipping, Insurance & Risk of Loss
Customers may elect to purchase shipping insurance during checkout. If shipping insurance is not selected, South African Wine USA is not responsible for loss or damage occurring after the order leaves our facility or licensed fulfillment partner.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier, except where prohibited by law.
8. Delivery Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that:

Additional fees resulting from failed delivery attempts, address errors, or re-delivery may be charged to the customer.
